Reducing those stomach fats are not as hard as what you think. Simple exercises are the only key to burn those fats. Here are some lists of exercises you can do to reduce stomach fat.
  • Cardiovascular exercise may include walking running swimming, biking, aerobics and even dancing. Those exercises should be done every day for about thirty minutes per day. Cardio exercise does not only reduce stomach fat but also other excess fats you have in the body. In addition, it will also improve our cardiovascular system. If you chose walking as a start, you can walk around your neighbourhood or at the park for about thirty minutes to an hour. You can also combine walking and running alternately by doing brisk walking for thirty minutes then doing running for three to five minutes. If you wish to swim, you can do swimming for several minutes then take a rest and do swimming once again.
  • After cardio exercise, you can do abdominal exercise after those fats on your stomach are burned. The abdominal exercise will strengthen your abdominal muscles and will make it leaner and toned. An example of abdominal exercise are crunches and sit ups.
  • Proper diet and nutrition is a very important combination of exercise. If you do your workout and then you overeat, forget about reducing those stomach fats. Eat small portion meals for five to six times a day. And always chew your food properly. Also, don't eat fast instead, eat slowly. This will prevent you from overeating. Here are some tips on choosing the food you eat.
    • - Eat complex carbohydrates. Complex carbohydrates include green leafy vegetables, whole grains, oatmeal and etc. And avoid processed carbohydrates like cakes, white breads and etc.
    • - Eat foods that are rich in fibre like apple, broccoli and etc. High fibre foods will help in cleansing your digestive tract
    • - Eat foods high in protein like lean meats, sea foods, fruits and vegetables.
  • Water also plays an important role in shedding stomach fat because water eliminates wastes from our body. It also helps in the digestion to help the liver properly functions. If the liver does not hydrated well, the liver will lessen its functions thus it will slow down leading to weight gain.
You don't need to spend a lot of money on how to reduce a stomach fat. Just remember to always watch what you eat and don't forget to exercise. Even though you are shedding those fats or maintain your figure, never forget to exercise and eat the right food. Diet and exercise will not only work if you yourself are not motivated to achieve the desired waist line you want. Motivation is always followed up with discipline and patience.
